Create Rejuvenation, Not Depression During the Holiday Season

This is a time of year when it is easy to slip into stressed and depressed states. Instead of having the holiday season be a call to celebration, some choose to focus on what they have lost. It is also a time when people have vintage memories of their loved ones on the side of Light.

Spirit sees this time as one of rejuvenation. As long as you allow yourself to envision better days while you move forward, you will start to feel a shift of energy within. It represents the beauty of who you are. On a soul level, consider it to be as vibrant as the young ones who filter in and out of your life. Those who have passed want you to move forward; to respect your life enough to do so.

This is a time of spiritual growth. Actually, we need you to grow on your path of physical living by having the Golden Side be inclusive in your thoughts. This is a great time to feel life in a renewed format. Whether your current path is a struggle or not, your future can and will be dictated by your attitude in the now. It is your decision, your choices, that determine how deeply you want to succeed, emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially and much more.

Wouldn't it be great to have the power to create anything you want? It has already been given to you! Your soul arrived with your conception. It makes for a life filled with potential. You need only to embrace the light within, in order to fulfill it. You are a powerful tool in this world. The events and episodes that can disrupt it are mere inconveniences to your progress when you allow your heart and soul to be emblazoned by the power of your Higher Self. Be the bright Light you want to see in others. When you lead the way, the only thing that can slow you down is the negativity of your own mental activity.

We have said all of this for a reason. We want you to see the difference you can make when you do not let the ups, and especially the downs, needle you. This is your chance to prove your own worthiness to yourself. It is also a chance for you to be able to see that even during the most importune times, and perhaps the times when you least expect it, there is a guardian spirit with you to help you, to praise you, to encourage you and to give you the boost you need in order to make the difference we are speaking about. Some of you have been going through rougher times than usual. If you are not experiencing it firsthand, then almost everybody knows somebody who is.
